1. Project Communication
IFunPark will connect you for 1v1 assistance to discuss and refine your playground plan. This includes:
-- Local market research and location assessment
-- Your preferences for facilities, target age groups, and style
-- Additional requirements and budget considerations
It’s a crucial step for the later succeed of your playground, together we’ll figure out the best solution just for you!
2. Design Customization
Once we organize the basic information and floor plan of your location, we’ll start to design. Our talented design team will
create custom 3D plan based on customer’s space, requirements, and budget. It takes around 7-15days to finish the first version.
Design fee depends on the size of the location, while we provides unlimited revision until the design fully meets your expectations.
3. Contract Signing & Production
After design is finalized, customer pay 30% deposit to confirm the order, the remaining 70% balance is due before shipping.
Together we will sign the contract. IFun engineers will examine the playground design thoroughly and sent into production.
Production takes around 30–40 working days, depending on the season and project size.
Throughout the process, we’ll share photos and videos to keep you updated and for optional use in your social media. Final details
will be confirmed before shipment.
4. Shipping
After production is complete, we‘ll arrange for logistics, where customers usually choose between three options:
- Use their own shipping agent (Often used by experienced importer)
- Our factory arrange DDP (Door-to-door delivery)
- CIF (We ship to your port, your broker handles customs and final delivery, most common)
Whichever method, IFunPark ensures a smooth, secure, and worry-free shipping process from our factory to your destination.
5. Installation Assistance
Once the playground equipment arrives, we’ll set up a group chat with you and your team for real-time guidance. We provide
a detailed instruction manual, clear diagrams, and online support to help your workers complete the installation smoothly.
For a fully hands-off experience, IFunPark also offers on-site installation service, which can be added to your quote for a seamless,
worry-free setup.
6. After-sale Service
Warranty for 1 year, we would exchange it for free if there's quality issue. While ifunpark provide lifetime tech support, clients can
consult us anytime for help for it in the rest of your life. Our technician would visit clients across the world every year to check and
maintenance once you purchase our production!
